ラボグロウンダイヤモンドは100％ダイヤモンドであり、天然ダイヤモンドと同一の物理的、化学的、光学的特性を有しています。

1カラット以上の商品はすべてIGI証明書（別途費用がかかります）の対象となり、1カラット未満の商品はブランド保証書の対象となります。

品質保証書に記載された日付から1年以内に購入された製品は、無償で修理いたします（製品の使用による損傷を除く）。1年以上前に購入された製品については、有償での修理となります。

Diamonds must be handled with care. Even diamonds, the hardest material in the world, can become damaged under certain circumstances. To prevent as much damage as possible, we recommend that you avoid exposing your diamond jewelery to

• Frequent temperature changes
• Perfume and cosmetic
• Sultrasonic cleanerchemicals used in the home

If your jewelry is not properly cared for, dust, dirt and normal wear and tear will gradually cause the gold to lose its shine. Carly recommends regular professional care for your ring. Cali's experienced professionals will check the setting of your ring before performing a cleaning service. While you are not having your ring professionally cleaned, we recommend that you only occasionally use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for diamond jewelry. Lab diamonds are 100% diamonds that have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.

All products over 1 carat are eligible for an IGI certificate (with extra cost), and products under 1 carat are eligible for Brand guarantee card.

Products purchased within 1 year from the date written on the quality warranty will be provided free of charge (excluding damage due to product use), while products purchased more than 1 year ago will be serviced at a cost.

All of Kali's products are made using only D/E/F, VS1 or higher lab diamonds carefully selected by jewelry craftsmen and undergo a rigorous product inspection process at every step. It takes 6-8 weeks from order to diamond selection and strict inspection process.
